Fire Escape Windows
For security reasons, we ask that all fire escape windows remain closed unless there is an emergency.
Garden Committee

If you would like to participate in composting, please contact Mark. We ask that people not use the compost bins until you receive appropriate composting information.
Keep Our Building Safe!
We live in NYC, and as in any large city, robberies and crimes are a reality. For the security and safety of everyone in our building, please make sure that all apartment and storage unit doors are locked at all times, and please do not let anyone into the building who you do not personally know. Exterior doors should remain closed except when entering and exiting the building. They should never be propped open. Please report suspicious activity first by calling 911 or the police, then by notifying Sam.
